Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Kelverin purchase. If you are not satisfied:

1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
3. To start a return, contact us at team@kelverin.shop with your order number.
4. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
